Event/Travel Dates:

July 3, 2011 - depart for Louisville
July 5, 2011 - NYC begins
July 10, 2011 - NYC ends
July 11, 2011 - return to Dallas area
*travel will be done by charter bus(es) with pick-up/drop off location(s) noted once registration numbers are established.

Registration Process:

All teens and adults who wish to attend NYC must complete all application paperwork (available below) and return it to our District NYC Coordinator along with the initial $100 deposit. Once approved for the trip you will recieve a unique password with which to register online for NYC 2011.

STEP 1 - Register with the district to receive approval to attend.
Aug 15, 2010 - All paperwork & deposit ($100) must be sent to our District NYC Coordinator Terry Willett

STEP 2 - Once approved at the district level you will receive a password and link to register online with NYC 2011.
Sept 9, 2010 - Register with NYC online and pay deposit ($150 via credit card)
Oct 15, 2010 - Online payment to NYC ($100 via credit card)
Nov 15, 2010 - Online payment to NYC ($100 via credit card)
Dec 3, 2010 - Online payment to NYC ($100 via credit card)
*all teens and adults must have $450 total paid to NYC by midnight Dec 3, 2010

STEP 3 - mail checks (made to: Dallas NYI) to our District NYC Coordinator Terry Willett to cover hotel, travel, meals.
Jan 15, 2011 - check to Dallas NYI ($100)
Feb 15, 2011 - check to Dallas NYI ($100)
Mar 15, 2011 - check to Dallas NYI ($100)
Apr 15, 2011 - check to Dallas NYI ($100)
May 15, 2011 - check to Dallas NYI ($100)
*all teens must have have $600 total paid to Dallas NYI (including initial deposit) by May 15, 2011
